Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: August 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the access and use of the E-Pravesh admission management platform by students, applicants, authorized admission centers, administrators, and other authorized users. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using E-Pravesh, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and Authorized Use
E-Pravesh is intended to be used by authorized students, applicants, admission centers, administrators, universities, institutions, and other authorized personnel involved in the admission process.
Users must provide accurate information and must use the platform only for legitimate admission, academic, administrative, and related purposes.
3. Center Responsibilities
Authorized admission centers are responsible for ensuring that information entered into the platform is accurate, complete, and supported by appropriate documentation.
- Centers must verify original student documents wherever applicable before uploading or submitting them.
- Student information must be entered accurately and should match the relevant identity and academic documents.
- Centers must ensure that uploaded photographs, certificates, marksheets, identity documents, and other records belong to the concerned applicant.
- Centers must not intentionally submit false, misleading, fabricated, or altered information.
- Centers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of student information accessed through their accounts.
- Centers must accurately record applicable fee collections and payment information.
4. Admission Submission and Verification
Submission of an admission application through E-Pravesh does not by itself guarantee admission, enrollment, approval, or confirmation by the relevant university or institution.
Applications may be reviewed, verified, returned for correction, rejected, or marked incomplete by authorized administrators or institutions according to applicable admission requirements.
5. Admission Status and Completion
Admissions submitted through authorized center accounts may remain in a pending or review status until the required verification, documentation, payment, and administrative processes have been completed.
Completion of an application within the platform does not override the admission rules, eligibility requirements, or verification procedures of the concerned university or institution.
6. Fees and Payments
Applicable admission, registration, examination, service, or other fees must be paid according to the applicable fee structure and arrangements communicated by the relevant authority.
Users and centers are responsible for ensuring that payment information entered into the platform is accurate. Payment confirmation, receipt generation, refunds, and fee adjustments may be subject to verification and applicable policies.
Any outstanding financial obligations may prevent an application from being treated as fully completed.
7. Mobile OTP Authentication
Where mobile OTP authentication is enabled, users are responsible for maintaining access to their registered mobile number and for protecting OTPs received on that number.
OTPs must not be disclosed, forwarded, or provided to unauthorized persons. Users should immediately report suspected unauthorized access to their account.
8. Account Security
Each authorized user is responsible for the security of their account credentials and all activities performed through their account.
Sharing accounts, credentials, passwords, OTPs, or access tokens with unauthorized persons is prohibited. E-Pravesh may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where unauthorized use, misuse, or security risks are identified.
9. Accuracy of Information
Users and centers must provide truthful, current, and complete information. Any correction required after submission should be reported or updated through the applicable process.
E-Pravesh is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or unauthorized information submitted by a user or center.
10. Documents and Uploaded Content
Users and centers must have the necessary authority or permission to upload documents and information submitted through the platform.
Uploaded documents must be relevant to the admission or administrative process and must not contain intentionally fraudulent, unlawful, malicious, or misleading content.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users must not misuse E-Pravesh or attempt to interfere with its operation. Prohibited activities include:

12. Role-Based Access
E-Pravesh may use role-based permissions to control access to admission records, student information, financial information, center data, reports, and administrative functionality.
Access to information is limited according to the user's assigned role and permissions. Attempting to obtain information beyond authorized permissions is prohibited.
13. Platform Availability
E-Pravesh is intended to provide continuous and reliable access; however, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical failures, network issues, third-party services, security incidents, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, or temporarily restrict portions of the platform when required for maintenance, security, upgrades, or operational reasons.
14. Third-Party Services
E-Pravesh may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, communication services, cloud storage providers, authentication services, or other technical service providers.
The availability and use of such services may be subject to the respective third party's terms, policies, and service conditions.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the E-Pravesh platform, including its software, interface, design, branding, content, documentation, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit platform components without appropriate authorization.
16. Suspension or Termination
E-Pravesh administrators may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where a user or center violates these terms, engages in unauthorized activity, submits fraudulent information, creates a security risk, or otherwise misuses the platform.
17. Limitation of Responsibility
E-Pravesh provides a platform for managing admission-related processes and information. Final admission decisions, eligibility, document acceptance, fee requirements, and academic outcomes may depend on the relevant university, institution, or authorized authority.
Users remain responsible for verifying information submitted by them and complying with applicable admission requirements and deadlines.
18. Changes to These Terms
E-Pravesh may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform functionality, operational requirements, security practices, or applicable legal requirements.
